Team of ANT Steel Engineers (Asia) Pvt. Ltd. has long & rich experience in executing steel plant projects which includes Steel Melt Shops, Rolling Mills, DRI Plants, Downstream facilities etc. Some of the major projects handled by the team are-
- 1. Dr. Sudarshan Singh (CMD)–
A) Rolling Mill of capacity of 450,000 T/yr and 500,000 T/yr (Dammam).
B) Rolling Mill of capacity 1.2 MTPA (Jeddah).
C) Steel Melt Shop of capacity 800,000 T/yr (Dammam).
D) 2 Nos. Gas based DRI plants of capacity 750,000 T/ry each.
E) Power plant of capacity 100MW based on crude oil.
F) Downstream facilities with Capacity of 800,000 T/yr.
Dr. Singh carried out the above projects by developing an in-house engineering team to complete the projects on EPC basis.
2. Mr. S. R. Talwar (Exe. Director)-
A) Electric Arc Furnaces, LF, VD/VOD, Rolling Mills in Punjab Concast Steels Limited, Ludhiana.
B) Slab Caster, LF, VOD and Converter in Rathi Alloys, Alwar.
C) EAF, LF, VD/VOD, CCM in Ispat Profiles India Limited.
D) Conarc Furnace (180 ton) and CSP in Ispat Industries, Dolvi near Mumbai.
E) 110 Ton capacity EAF & LF supplied by Seimens VAI at Delta Steel, Nigeria.
F) Conarc Furnace (180 ton), Ladle Furnace and Slab Caster in Bhushan Steel, Odisha.
3. Mr. N.L.Shinde (Director Engineering)-
A) 220KV/132KV major receiving stations of Maharashtra State Electricity Board.
B) 60 Ton EAF, LF, Bloom caster and Structural Rolling Mill with 220KV substation and complete electrical distribution at Ispat Profiles India Limited.
C) 2 Nos. 180 Ton twin channel Electric Arc Furnace, Ladle Furnaces, thin slab caster, 1250 TPD Oxygen Plant along with major 220KV receiving station and 2 Nos. 180 MVAR SVCs at Ispat Industries Limited Dolvi near Mumbai.
D) 150 Ton Electric Arc Furnace, Ladle Furnace, Medium Thickness Slab Caster with Dynamic Reduction including SVC at Ezz Flat Steels, Egypt.
E) 60 Ton EAF, LF and Caster along with 220KV sub-station of Emirates Steel, Abu Dhabi-UAE.
4. Mr. Chandan Chaudhury (Sr. Vice President)-
A) Project management as MECON’s site-in-charge at Vishakhapatnam during construction of LMMM and WRM being supplied by SMS- Demag A.G (Germany).
B) Construction management of Submerged Arc Furnace and Anode Caster for Birla Copper, Dahej (Gujarat).
C) Monitoring the project activities of 0.6 MTPA, High Speed WRM project for Ramsarup Group of Industries, West Bengal.
