ANT Steel Engineers (Asia) Pvt. Ltd. carries out Project Management activities as a consultant and keeps on advising its customers once the project kicks off, starting with engineering activities to ensure that the project moves on as per the schedule. This enables the customers to avoid Time over-run and Cost Over-run.

ANT prepares the project schedule in consultation with the plant owner, plant builder, OEMs, civil and erection contractors. For this ANT use the tools like Gant charts, Microsoft project etc.

While in the past ANT carried out such activities for Hill Metals Estt. (Saudi Arabia), it is now doing so for Madhav Alloys  Pvt. Ltd. (Punjab) and BSRM Steel Mill Project at Chittagong (Bangladesh).
