A. Scope of Work:

• Electrical Distribution: metering review, feasibility for continuous monitoring, electricity bill optimization, logging of all electrical parameters, thermal imaging of major incomers and panels, measurement of major motor parameters (voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency), evaluation of kWh/ton vs industrial benchmarks
• Air Compressors: observe compressor status, identify leakage, optimize air usage and pressure, study distribution piping pressure losses, determine compressor operating performance
• Water System/Cooling Towers: pump operating efficiencies, flow/head/power measurement, cooling tower range and effectiveness, optimization of cooling loads
• Other Loads: blowers, lighting, miscellaneous loads optimization
